About Me
When we meet, there are many different ways we can use our time. I prefer to collaborate with you to figure out what works best for you in our sessions.
In my clinical practice, I have experience working with those navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, as well as relational and family difficulties. My clients have also worked on processing their foster care and adoption journeys, understanding the complexities of their sexuality, exploring their spirituality, and seeking to gain clarity on the nuances of gender. As shared above, there are many different approaches we can take depending on your preferences.
A little about me personally: In 2021, I moved to Morganton from Atlanta after living in Georgia for much of my life. Everyone asks why we moved up here and honestly, we were just craving a change from the busyness of metro-Atlanta and stumbled upon WNC randomly. We’ve loved learning about the area and getting to know the community. My family includes my partner and myself, a 12 year old cat who mostly tolerates us, a 14 year old velcro dog, and a tiny human who joined the club in the fall of 2025. When I have free time, I enjoy creating things (specifically within the world of fiber arts, painting or upcycling things), reading (I’m currently enjoying sci-fi, horror, and nonfiction genres), exploring new places, and finding odd trinkets at the thrift store.
I look forward to connecting with you and if you have any questions for me, please feel free to reach out.
Warmly,
Christina
